3 steps to you dream house

1 Design phase

Tells us about you dream house. How it should look, What size you need.. How many bedrooms, bathrooms etc.
This may take 2-4 sessions of about 1hr. each. Where we create the design drawings for you.

2 Bidding phase

Take the design drawings to different builders in your local area to get the best value and price. This way you get the best price for your house.

3 Building phase

The builder of your choice go to work building your house.
